Chris Pearson

As the executive director of Second Chance Grace, Chris is wholehearted in assisting this ministry to reach the lost and impact our community in a positive way. He is employed with Thorton Oliver Keller and has 20 years of experience in commercial real estate. Married with two wonderful children, his family is his pride and joy.

Rick Rutledge

Rick is excited to be part of Second Chance Grace as we build this ministry. With many years working with youth, he has a heart for helping teens searching for answers. As a speaker and mentor to youth throughout the Treasure Valley he brings a wealth of firsthand knowledge and experience to SCG. Married for 9 years and father to two amazing daughters he feels blessed to be doing God’s work.

Jeri Vasquez

Co-founder of SCG. Jeri works with At-Risk youth as a clergy for the Department of Juvenile Corrections and various other organizations. She has a passion for youth as the Lord has so changed the direction of her life.

Delores Rutledge

Assistant Vice President Executive Banking, Zions Bank. Married to her soul mate and mother to two beautiful daughters, Delores has a heart for at risk youth. She is involved in the community in many ways, has worked with youth for many years, and wants to see God work in the lives of young people today.

Vice Chairman
Peter Vasquez

President and founder of SCG. Peter has first hand knowledge of gangs, prison, substance abuse and a criminal lifestyle. Armed with this knowledge he has dedicated his life to help At-Risk youth and young adults turn from their negative behavior and change their lives.

Tony Wilkerson

Tony L. Wilkerson, Native Idahoan. Presently serves as the Project Manager for the Idaho Criminal Justice Commission working in support of Idaho State Initiatives to Reduce Crime, Gangs, Violence, Drug Abuse and Trafficking, Prison and Jail Reduction, Re-Entry Programs, Alternatives to Incarceration, Early Youth Intervention and Sex Offender Management.

Heidi Pearson

Heidi is currently the head of the fundraising committee. She is married and has two wonderful children. She is very committed to this ministry as well as being active and involved to make our community a better a safer place to live. She has a passionate heart for God’s will and is excited to see this ministry grow.


Tony Garcia

Tony is a Marketing Consultant with over 20 years of experience working with corporations, government agencies and non-profits. Tony is married and has 2 children which are the light of his life.
